We are looking for a Social Media Intern to support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns and managing social media activities for the label and its artists. The role will involve working closely on artist releases, campaign rollouts, and community engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing social media rollouts for artist releases, including teasers, announcements, and post-release engagement.
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Support the team in creating and maintaining social media content calendars for artist releases and label announcements.
  • Assist in uploading and optimising YouTube content, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
  • Help maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all social media platforms.
  • Assist in repurposing long-form content into short-form formats (reels, shorts, clips) to maximise reach.
  • Monitor music, hip-hop, and digital culture trends to identify opportunities for reactive and trend-based content.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-posting with artist pages and collaborators during campaign periods.
  • Support fan engagement and community building initiatives, including interactive posts, polls, and Q&A sessions.
  • Assist with caption writing and copy for posts aligned with campaign messaging and artist positioning.
  • Support the team in organising and maintaining digital assets (cover art, promo videos, snippets, photos).
  • Track and report social media performance metrics for campaigns and releases.
  • Identify relevant pages, communities, and platforms where content can be amplified organically.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative digital marketing ideas to support artist growth and label visibility.
  • Support live coverage of shoots, events, and artist moments through stories and real-time updates when required.
