Brand Intern

As part of our Record label and Creative agency business, in your role as Brand Intern working from our Mumbai offices, you will need to perform the following tasks for all business units listed below.

Brand Strategy & Identity Development:

  • Assist in building the brand identity of Azadi Records and its artists, ensuring alignment with industry trends and target audience preferences.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for brand strategies, focusing on positioning the label and its artists in innovative and unique ways.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify brands that align with Azadi Records’ values and artists’ aesthetics.
  • Assist in segmenting and prioritizing potential brand partnerships based on market trends, brand alignment, and target demographics.
  • Assist in researching competitors’ brand collaborations and emerging trends in the music and branding industries.
  • Gather insights into target audiences and their behavior to support pitch decks with data-driven solid arguments.
  • Support the execution of brand partnership campaigns, ensuring that branding guidelines and collaboration terms are met throughout the process.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of partnerships, gathering insights to include in future pitches and presentations.
  • Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure clear communication of pitch strategies, updates, and ongoing brand collaborations.
  • Attend and support internal meetings by taking notes, contributing ideas, and organizing materials for pitch meetings.
  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with brands through email, phone calls, or social media to introduce the artist and propose collaborations.
  • Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups and continue conversations with brands to keep potential partnerships alive.

Pitch Deck Development & Brand Partnerships:

  • Work closely with the team to design and create high-quality, visually appealing pitch decks for internal and external presentations.
  • Ensure the decks are visually cohesive, and engaging, and communicate key brand messaging and partnership opportunities.
  • Research and gather data to support pitch deck content, including audience insights, industry benchmarks, and case studies.
  • Assist in developing compelling pitches for potential brand partnerships and sponsorships, highlighting the value and unique appeal of the label’s artists.
  • Support the preparation of personalized pitches for external brands, ensuring clear communication of the label’s values, artist profiles, and potential collaboration ideas.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to generate visuals, infographics, and multimedia content for use in pitch decks.
  • Help draft compelling narratives that clearly articulate the label’s brand identity, artist stories, and the mutual value for potential brand partners.
  • Provide ideas for integrating brand partnerships into the label’s social media and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on building case studies from past campaigns for future pitch decks, highlighting successful collaborations and artist engagement.
