Three years after the release of their seminal collaborative EP Katal Kala, Bandish Projekt and Swadesi are back again with an explosive, gut-wrenching project titled Khulle Naagde. Building on the successful amalgamation of vernacular hip-hop and complex, bass-heavy sound design, Khulle Naagde is a further exploration of the formula that gave us hits such as Ek Se Aanth and Dakla.

Featuring Swadesi mainstays MC Mawali, who flourishes on lead single Antariksh, and MC Tod Fod, the EP also introduces Amravati’s 100RBH and Mumbai’s Maharya. Award-winning composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Mayur Narvekar shines on Khulle Naagde, adding another dimension to his pioneering Asian underground sound. Antaraiksh, featuring vocals by MC Mawali and the video for which was directed by Aishwarya Joshi and Shantanu Kakde, is a neurofunk-influenced, club-friendly hit while Jhand introduces the fiery 100RBH on top of a street-rhythm. Khulle Naagde offers a window in the future of both artists, with the release of their respective full-length albums on the horizon.

Khulle Naagde will be released on all platforms on 23rd May 2019 via Azadi Records and Bheja Fry Records, along with the video to the second single, Khaari Baat
