We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Brand Solution Intern who can bring an agency style approach to branding, content creation, and campaign execution. This role requires someone with a passion for storytelling, a strong sense of design, and the ability to work on diverse creative projects across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Content Creation:
- Develop engaging, brand-aligned copy for campaigns, social media captions, emailers, and marketing materials.
- Assist in writing scripts, headlines, and short-form content for various platforms.
- Adapt messaging to suit different audiences and formats, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Brand Management Support:
- Assist in conceptualising and executing creative campaigns that strengthen brand identity.
- Conduct trend research to propose fresh, culturally relevant ideas.
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained in all internal and external communications.
Social Media Handling:
- Support day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
- Curate and prepare content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track performance metrics and suggest creative ways to increase engagement.
Pitch Deck & Presentation Design:
- Create visually compelling pitch decks and presentations using Canva.
- Integrate visuals, text, and data to tell a strong creative story.
- Prepare decks for client meetings, brand pitches, and internal reviews.
Data Organisation & Excel Management:
- Maintain well-structured creative asset libraries.
- Use Excel to track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance data.
- Sort and organise large volumes of creative references and resources.
Collaboration & Brainstorming:
- Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and managers to bring creative concepts to life.
Learning & Skill Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, creative tools, and best practices.
- Learn and apply new creative strategies to enhance project outcomes.
This role calls for:
- Educational degree in a related field & work experience in this field
- Extensive marketing research knowledge
- Should be able to carry out statistical analysis easily
- Experience in optimizing user funnels
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Should know about setting up ad campaigns
