‘Wish it was April’ – Tienas

Tienas created ‘Wish it was April’ after returning from a trip to Georgia for a project, in December 2022. Every morning he used to wake up to Christmas music, ranging from traditional choir music to famous pop-music takes. While creating chord progressions with the Rhodes Piano, he stumbled upon the sound that runs through the production and incorporated it into the track. During the shoot, a conversation with a production unit member inspired the title, around which Tienas built the track. The soft and somber song, inspired by jazz music is a remembrance of the cold, brittle and yet beautiful Georgian Christmas.
