  • Please carry a valid government issued photo ID proof with you. 
  • This is an all-ages event, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, entering the event on their own ticket. 
  • No transfers / refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling of the event.
  • This is a single-entry show. Once you exit the show area, you will not be permitted to enter again.
  • Please keep your wristband on at all times.
  • Show details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer. All announcements will be on Azadi Records' social media pages, and on email/SMS/push to existing ticket holders.
  • Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
  • Liquor will only be served to guests of Legal Drinking Age (LDA) as per state regulations. LDA bands will be provided at the venue with proof of age
  • If an underage individual is found consuming alcohol, the ward’s adult guardian will be liable for all resulting actions & consequences.
  • Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
  • Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
  • People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
  • Venue rules apply.
  • Beware of counterfeit tickets.
  • The organizer holds the free right to use any photographs, video, graphics or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the festival and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.
  • The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.
  • AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data in relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue for doing so.
  • No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
  • The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in the respective city.
  • No drug use allowed - consumption of narcotics is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.
  • Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue.
  • No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.
  • Areas at the festival are built to capacity. Management reserves the right to hold entry of ticket holders into the premises and certain areas of the festival till such time that the capacity opens up to safe limits to ensure a safe festival experience.
  • As a holder of a ticket, you agree to follow the rules & regulations of the festival and basic norms of decency. In an event of any damage and/or liability caused by you to the festival and/or its property, you agree to face prosecution that will be subject to jurisdiction of and settled exclusively in the city court.
  • Visitors to the festival are requested to acknowledge the personal space of others at the event. Any recordings of other visitors in form of picture, video or audio recordings must not be captured and/or published on public platforms without their consent.
  • The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
  • By booking tickets for the event, you consent to your data being used for marketing and promotional activities by the organiser.
